Abstract Submission deadline: January 22, 2018. Decisions from Scientific Program Committee by March 1, 2018. Submit abstracts.
Early Bird registration closes March 31, 2018. Final registration closes June 30, 2018. Register here.
Final program to be published June 15, 2018.
Hotel registration is now open. The cut-off date for room reservations closed June 15, 2018.

Visas to enter the USA are needed for participants from many countries and waiting times for embassy interviews can be months. If participants anticipate difficulty obtaining a visa, the USDA Forest Service International Programs can assist by pre-vetting applicants prior to their US Embassy/Consulate interview (not more than 90 days before arrival in the USA).
