Colonies on OA covering Petri dish in 2 wk, at first white, becoming honey (64) to hazel (88), floccose, azonate, with diffuse margins, with scattered black patches; reverse dull green (70).

Sporulating regions scattered over entire surface of colony, honey (64) to fawn (87).

Conidiogenous structure Nodulisporium-like, brown, roughened.

Conidiogenous cells hyaline, smooth, 10-24 x 2-3 mm.

Conidia hyaline, smooth to finely roughened, ellipsoid, 4-5 x 2.5-3 mm.
