Colonies on OA covering Petri dish in 3 wk, at first whitish, becoming grayish sepia (106) to pale mouse gray (117) with sporulation, velvety to felty, azonate, with diffuse margins; reverse hazel (88).

Sporulating regions scattered over entire surface of colony, pale mouse gray (117).

Conidiogenous structure Nodulisporium-like, hyaline to pale brown, coarsely roughened.

Conidiogenous cells hyaline, smooth to finely roughened, 14-25 x 1.5-2 mm.

Conidia hyaline, smooth, ellipsoid to short cylindrical, 3-4.5 (-6) x 1.5-2 mm.
