Colonies on OA covering Petri dish in 4 wk, at first white, becoming isabelline (65) and covered with sepia (63) exudate toward the center, velvety, azonate, with diffuse margins, with rosy buff (61) pigments diffusing beyond colonies; reverse dull green (70).

Sporulating regions sporadic, sparse.

Conidiogenous structure Nodulisporium-like, pale brown, roughened.

Conidiogenous cells hyaline, finely roughened, 10-18 x 2-2.5 mm.

Conidia hyaline, smooth, ellipsoid, 3-4 (-4.5) x 1.5-2 mm.
