Colonies on OA covering Petri dish in 2 wk, at first whitish, becoming honey (64), hazel (88) to isabelline (65), velvety, faintly zonate, with diffuse margins; reverse blackish.

Sporulating regions scattered over entire surface of colony, sparse.

Conidiogenous structure Nodulisporium-like, hyaline, finely roughened.

Conidiogenous cells hyaline, smooth, 12-22 x 2-2.5 mm.

Conidia hyaline, smooth to finely roughened, ellipsoid, 4.5-5.5 x 2.5-3.5 mm.
