U.S.A.: California, Klamath river, 8.1961, Martin, P. 719, decorticated wood, as H. plumbinum (IMI 362681).
We could not locate the type at NY. Several authentic specimens were examined from IMI. Martin 973 is H. lenormandii, whereas others are probably H. fuscum.
