PHILIPPINES: Mt. Makiling, near Los Baņos, 24.V.1913, Raimundo, M. B. 1184, rotten log (S, SYNTYPE of Ustulina placentiformis).
Two specimens were cited in the protologue. However, only one was located at the Rehm herbarium of S. Unfortunately, it contains only sterile material of a Hypoxylon species.
