A Biscogniauxia. It is probably conspecific with B. philippinensis (Ricker) Whalley & Laessøe. Nannfeldt (1972) suspected that this fungus is Camarops polysperma (Mont.) J. H. Miller. According to him, the type specimen at Herb. Willdenow of B was destroyed during World War II. Therefore, the type at PC is selected as the lectotype.
