USTULINA TUBERIFORMIS (WALLR. EX MONT.) COOKE The status of the name is uncertain.Ustulina tuberiformis (Wallr. ex Mont.) Cooke, Grevillea 12: 3. 1883. º Hypoxylon tuberiforme Wallr. ex Mont., Ann. Sci. Nat. Bot., sér. IV, 9: 55. 1858. Saccardo (1882) suspected it to be a Ustulina. Cooke (1883) stated that this fungus "seems to be undoubtedly Ustulina." This fungus was collected from Germany and has ascospores 20-30 x 5 mm. |
