Colonies on OA not reaching the edge of Petri dish, at first white, becoming rosy buff (61), velvety, zonate, with entire margins, with vinaceous (57) pigments diffused beyond colonies; reverse vinaceous (57).
Sporulating regions restricted to center of colonies, ochreous (44).
Conidiogenous structure Virgariella-like, yellowish to pale brown, roughened.
Conidiogenous cells hyaline, finely roughened, 16-40 x 2-3.5 mm.
Conidia hyaline, smooth, subglobose to ellipsoid, 3.5-4.5 x 2.5-3 mm.
